






Repair Policy
1. Consult with us through WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Message before sending your damaged morrthngs product to us.
2. Before sending your damaged morrthngs product to us, we will assess all the damages on the product, to let you know about the repair cost estimation.
3. The repair cost ranges from free of charge to a certain cost, depending on the severity of the damage.
4. We categorize the damages on all morrthngs products into minor damages and major damages.
5. Minor damages include loose stitches, weak adhesive, and other small defects. We give all morrthngs products a 3 (three) month warranty for minor damages, valid since the day of purchase.
6. Major damages include product tear, holes, and other noticeable defects. No warranty for major damages.
7. Repair services are available for all morrthngs products indefinitely.
8. Proof of payment is required before proceeding into the repair process.
9. Damaged morrthngs product that will be sent to us must contain the name of the sender or the owner, their reachable phone number, their e-mail, and their address for resend purposes.
10. We do not accept damaged morrthngs product returned without all the informations listed on number 2 (point above). Additional informations about the damages on the product will be much appreciated.
11. The reparation process may take some time. Please do not force us to hurry.
12. We will send pictures of the repairs to the reachable number before sending back the repaired product.
13. We gladly accept morrthngs products that are no longer in use, for us to recycle. All free of charge.
